Every Breath is a Second Chance

i am delighted to have on my podcast Patrick Elies.Patrick is a Christian psychologiest and therapist; a voice of hope in the field of addiction, most notably sex addiction and also working with people with mood and mental disorders.

The goal of Trauma Recovery Anonymous is to find spiritual and holistic solutions to heal the hole in one's soul, caused by a past trauma memory. the fastest way to achieve any form of full recovery is to offer the lost, the disenfranchised, theses wounded souls some  form of hope.

Patrick carries a lovely message of redemtion and salvation. 

We can all start over at any moment in our lives. We are not stuck, even though it mgiht feel that way, we can start over at any time.

In the same way every breath is a renewing of the body, mind and soul, we too can make a simple decision to start over in any moment.

Maybe you can't take that action today, in this moment, but that doesn't mean you can't plan it. decide in 1,3 or 6 months you are going to start over.

Having a plan is a great way of instilling hope in ourselves.

Patrick fails to disappoint, and as much as I feel both of my audiences will benefit from this knowledge, training and wisdom; I am certain that this will be a fine resource to share with your own family, friends and community.
