Trauma Recovery Anonymous promotes that our meaning and purpose can only be found in life and living today.
What happened in our past happened to a different aspect of who we are today.
I am a grown man, 65 years of age, a husband, father and trauma recovery coach
. The aspect of me who suffered a traumatic event 53 years ago was a 12-year-old child. he was the victim of that event
I am the survivor today.
We are different aspects, living two completely different lifetimes.
In his lifetime, he lived with his parents and all his siblings in the family home in Ireland.
Today, my parents are dead, and one of my siblings died of leukemia, which reaffirms that the past has no business in my present today.
But thankfully, there is a spiritual solution to heal the hole in your soul. You give the details and baggage of the past back to your inner child, and suddenly, they can leave this plane of existence.
This is the gift of recovery, of letting your inner child go, to step into the light, and in that moment, you are free of the bondage of the past.

Trust Anxiety as an instinct
Jun 25, 2026
Jun 25, 2026
17 min
If only we would teach all children that all of their feelings, the good ones and the bad ones, are calls to action; our Instincts in action; the world would be a better place.
When we feel anxious, that is God telling us there is something in the future that threatens our sense of well-being. That we are to take some form of affirmative action now in the present to prepare for that event, or to be able to walk away from it.
Flight
Fight
Freeze
Fawn
Faith
Acceptance
Let's imagine, you have been selected by your teacher to speak at a public speaking event, and the anxiety overpowers you.
Rather than letting it do so, rather than medicating how you feel, you ask for help. You speak to your teacher, let them know you don't want them to fix or save you from the experience, but any tips, advice, suggestions, and resources would be appreciated. You use them, and on the day, you walk off to a standing ovation.
Or, you are going on a date or for an interview. You put your faith in your elders, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, a favorite teacher; you learn from others. You learn how they cope, and you copy them. Most importantly, understand that the person you are meeting likes you; that is the only reason you're being asked on a date or being given an interview opportunity in the first place, In each case, remember they like something about you.
Think about it, to ask someone out, you'd need to be attracted to them first, wouldn't you? This means, despite your low confidence, that the other person is attracted to some part of you; take confidence in that.
You might be invited to a social event, and you are feeling socially anxious, but in this moment, you realize your instincts are telling you to take some form of affirmative action, and so you contact the host; own your anxiety, and ask them to tell you a bit about the other people attending.
Once you know what they are into, you do your homework on their activities & interests, their hobbies, ; to start a conversation or to join an existing conversation and when asked for your opinion, you have one to give.
You realize Your Anxiety is a Superpower, an instinct always trying to empower you to handle life on life's terms, or better still, Life on God's terms.
Over time, you will grow in quiet confidence, and in a short space of time, people will look on you as one of the strong, silent types.and your secret: "you trusted your anxiety to be your instincts in action"
We are human beings, each the member of the human race, animals have only 3 responses to danger, but we, who were created in the image of God, have six responses.
we can Flight; and run away
We can Fight; to stand up for ourselves or seek a solution
We can Freeze; shut down mentally & emotionally
We can Fawn: wear a mask, people please
We can Faith; put our faith in God or one of the many higher powers available to us
We can Acceptance; understand we are no-one's victim, it isn't all about us; people act out to fulfil their own nefarious needs, and ultimately has nothing to do with us- we are collateral damage only.
We can be in charge of our emotions or we can make the grievous error of allowing our feelings to control us.
It is a decision we each make it that moment
We can no longer blame others for how we feel, because we are the ones choosing to feel or not feel, to suffer in silence or to take affirmative action and trust our God given instincts.
This book,
HOW TO LIVE STRESS & ANXIETY FREE 24 HOURS A DAY,
is a simple book, written for the 290 million children aged 10-19, diagnosed with mental disorders, a crime against the future of mankind and a sin against God, teaching one to trust their\and feelings and to correct their thoughts to be a part of their solution

Trust Depression as an Instinct
Jun 24, 2026

Depression is caused by not being able to break free of the past. But the issue here is the fact that the past is not ours to suffer in the present.
What happened in the past happened to our inner child, and we only exist in this one hour, here and now today. We can't step back into any of our yesterdays, and for this simple reason, the past is not ours to suffer, because we cannot effect any change on it.
Depression is a God-given instinct, telling us we can't change any part of the past, and so we must let go of it completely.
It is not a mental illness nor is it a mental disorder; it is a call to action to return the details and the baggage of the event back to its rightful owner, that inner child who suffered it.
Thankfully, there is such a solution available today to rid us of the details and baggage of the past event, in a safe and non-intrusive practice. This program is called Trauma Recovery Anonymous, a simple spiritual solution that empowers each individual to give the details and the baggage back to the inner child.
This is a very simple solution.
Accept that depression is a call to action and not a mental disorder
Take the appropriate action, trust the depression or stress feeling, and give the details and baggage of that Loss of Innocence back to its rightful owner, your inner child
Then embrace this 12-step program to undo the learned dysfunctional behavior and bad habits of that disorder diagnosis

Jessica Morris

1hr 37 sec
Jessica came from a very Christian family home that wasn't exactly healthy. Unfortunately, the message she experienced as a child, was that she was a mistake, an error. Despite all of her troubles in her family home, what made sense to her was that her story was similar to the story of Jesus, in her personal opinion, the sense of abandonment by her father, was relatable to Jesus being sacrificed for mankind, in her eyes. this perspective helped her to maintain her sanity growing up.
Jessica went down the path of a downward spiral, to such an extent that she was ruled & defined by shame and not being good enough.
Jessica expands on her belief that we have to die to our old self and this for Jessica, meant taking affirmatives action by embracing recovery, however that was to present to her.
Jessica learned that all our behaviors and addictions are in place to hide past trauma and until we rid ourselves of those behaviors, and bad habits, we can never truly face our demons.
Jessica describes 12 step fellowship as being more church than church ever was
Jessica's journey is a wonderful story of redemption and with so many people church hurt, or disillusioned with the concept of God, Jessica's story is a welcome olive branch, to those lost. Alone or abandoned, that there is always a way back and it can be on your terms than others telling you what to think, feel or believe.
It is my belief that you will find hope and acceptance on this podcast, that you will notice that not everyone faces their own challenges, and coming from a dysfunctional family Christian home, you would imagine, you'd never go back, but deep down, Jessica knew, she couldn't depend on her earthly father, and this wasn't going to deter her from reaching our to her Heavenly Father.
I see Jessica's story is one of great strength; that when we feel at our lowest, and there is no valid support around us, having God, the holy spirit or a host of angels in your corner, can be a beautiful thing.

Dr. Glenn Berger. Healing the Heart

Dr. Glenn rose from the ashes of a misspent youth, and at aged 37, had a spiritual awakening, experiencing an awakening as to how he could help others return to the path of life.
In his experience, psychotherapy wasn't enough for himself and for many of his patients.
Dr. Glenn believes we need to cultivate our hearts. After reading the teachings of a Chinese philosopher, a chap called " Mensha," he learned that many of us fall into the trap of getting so focused on this material world, we seem to ignore or neglect the well-being of our heart and the hole in our soul.
Dr. Glenn, suggests we need to think outside of the box surrounding mental health, to look at what drives us, what gives us meaning and purpose, or where we can find such conviction.
I pray you enjoy this podcast guest, who taps into the depths of our souls to suggest that there is a much simpler way of seeing life and how we can realign ourselves with life in a more healthier practice.
we only have today, and if we can find some way to 'seize the day' we will be well on our way, to finding our meaning and purpose in life
Dr. Glenn brings a wide scope to the challenges we all face and insights into another perspective on how to deal with such challenges
Dr. Glenn has created an online course to help individuals to find their heart, the drive to help them to turn up for life, one day at a time.
Dr. Glenn, from his professional experience of working with others, feels many people are looking for a new way, an alternative way to deal with their unnecessary pain and stuckness, as he describes a state many of us find ourselves in.
Dr. Glenn's online course is called:
Heartfinders
His book is called:
Never Say No to a Rockstar
and he can be found across social media and on his website by looking up his name

I am not a conspiracy theorist, and I don't believe Ellen is either, but Ellen shares her truth, of her own life experience, and how she fights for the rights of the individual
In Ellen's own words, It is a cheap solution to medicate individuals, rather that look for a fuller more rounded solution
This is Ellen's journey, her courageous knowledge and experience to tell people; it's a good thing to speak up about your experiences, good or bad, to be heard and in so doing your message might be heard by others
Ellen understands that medication can and does help many cases, but Ellen believes we need to give informed direction so that each person receives the right to be protected in all situations.
Ellen, sharing her inspired story, is a wonderful gift, if any of the audience suffer with self-care or they worry for others who suffer with poor care, or feel broken, then this message is for you.
if you ever feel as though, you might have been one of the 390 million people misdiagnosed with a mental disorder, and you want answers and a new solution that works, then reaching out to Ellen would be a good place to start.
Ellen can be reached across social media using her name

We are not burying our heads in the sand to deny Depression or PTSD.
We choose not to bury our heads in the sands of the past to deny Depression and PTSD.
We choose affirmative action to stay fully present in the present, this gift from God.
We see that what happened in the past happened to our inner child; they were the victim of their trauma
We sit in the present hour, in the here and now, and their trauma isn't happening to the person we are today, and therefore it is not ours to suffer or process today.
Our meaning and purpose are not to be found in our inner child's victimhood of their trauma.
Our meaning and purpose can only be found in our own lifetime in this hour right now.
Being fully present in this moment in time, free from the bondage of the past and the fear of the unknown future, is where we find our meaning and purpose in life.
When we see the truth of this and embrace it, we keep depression and ptsd at bay.
Be Still & Know I AM God
Be still means to be present, to commit to being fully focused on life in this present hour, right now. In this case, cast out your demons, tell the voices in your head that undermine and ridicule you and me, to feck off for this one hour.
Know I AM reaffirms that your place in life right now is to be fully focused on being present in this moment in time. It's a call to action. refrain from using the past or future tenses for this one hour, you are only to make I AM statements, and they all have to be about being alive, present, and a part of life, family, friends, community, and society for this I AM one hour.
God understand, for this period of time, you have been worshipping the False God of Depression or PTSD, and that False God only offers hopelessness, despair, depression, loneliness, more stress, more rejection, more isolation, leading you further into the dark pit of that nest of vipers.
But choose the god that offers you, even you, miracles in this moment, and you find yourself filling up with hope, joy, tolerance, patience, empathy, kindness, willingness, you find the courage to climb out of that pit of darkness, to throw open the curtains of your mind or your bedroom and let the light in.
Only you can do this for yourself, but you can share this with others. There might be a person in your contacts worse off than you; they might be in a social group or support group, putting on a brave face, ready to give up, and you share this with them, and you save them.
How good would that feel?
You, at your lowest, making a difference, saving lives.
Nothing happens by chance
I believe God put me in your path so that you could save a life, yours or another's.

There is only One Solutoin to Depression & PTSD
Jun 18, 2026
Jun 18, 2026
11 min
There is only one solution to Depression & PTSD.
That solution is to understand depression and ptsd find their purpose and meaning in what happened to our inner child, and therefore, they have no right, rhyme, or reason for us to invite them into our present.
Understandably, we can't just bury our heads in the sand and pretend that what happened in the past wasn't hurtful.
But we can be honest to accept it didn't happen to the person we are today, open-minded enough to see that no matter what we do, all the therapy and medication we embrace, things are not getting better, that they are gradually getting worse. And we can be willing to believe the truth that how we react and respond are manifestations of something deeper, a hole in our soul, eating away at us.
This willingness helps us to accept that we have a broken spirit, a spiritual illness, a spiritual bankruptcy that undermines our self-belief and robs us of the ability to be true to the human being we are meant ot be today.
We only exist in today, in this moment in time, in this hour right now.
We don't exist in any of our yesterdays, and therefore, all of our pasts are none of our business, which invariably means we have the right, rhyme, or reason to suffer depression or ptsd for something from our past that didn't happen to us.
We must break free of the bondage of the past by giving the details and baggage of the past back to its rightful owner, our inner child, so they can step into the light and cross over.
When they do, we feel it in our whole beings; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

it was with great pleasure that I met with Keirsme. I am always on the lookout for guests with hope to offer, and especially with a message of hope that can differ from my own.
Kerisme whole program focuses on a loving kindness approach to self care.
On her journey to recovery, after attempting to resurrect her life through 14 years of 12 step recovery, her old demons came back to haunt her, and Kerisme fell to those demons, overcome and overpowered by unwanted memories, She lost her recovery time and almost her sanity.
But, Kerisme is made of stronger stuff and she understood that any addiction or dysfunctional behavior is a manifestation of something deeper and she would need to address that if she were to find peace.
Like with my program, her program focuses on a more holistic solution. The beauty of her program is that Kerisme targets as much as possible, menially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially and environmentally.
A key concept in her working with others, is that it is not one fit for all. Granted when we talk about our addictive coping skills, the base line has to be total abstinence. But with conditions that are more manageable the 80% - 20% approach can be highly effective.
if your client is lets say addicted to their phone, it might be an impossible ask to suggest they stop completely, but maybe you set a healthy boundary where they are to hold strictly to an 80% phone free periods, and 20% of agreed free time and space.
No more 'I got to' or 'I have to' ; this is about being kind to self, and making the journey achievable and as pleasant as possible, while getting to one's goals.
I do hope you find comfort and encouragement to continue on the journey of life and with Kerisme in your corner, i believe things will begin to get easier.

At some point, every Christian must stand and voice their loyalty to God, our Father, the Creator of all.
In this day and age of wokism, attacking the fabric of Christian society, and the invasion of Islam into the West, each Christian man, woman, and child needs to stand and be counted.
Aside from the 10 Commandments, God made a covenant with the Jewish people for all eternity, and if we wish to remain members of His flock, we had better be committed to upholding and supporting His covenant.
To be opposed to that covenant, to turn against the Jewish people, to attack or abandon them, is a clear breach of God's expectations, and the pain of this betrayal will be skin to Judas and his betraying Jesus.
If we take this path, we can no longer call ourselves Christian or children of God.
Either we are for God, or we are against Him.
Furthermore, Jesus, who died for our sins and the salvation of our souls, was himself a Jew. We had better remember that when we think on what lengths we are willing to go to, for the tribe of Jesus.
I hear the talk of Genocide, but it is not our job to judge God's children; we are to let God do that himself. We are to stand shoulder to shoulder with God's chosen children at all times, regardless of the circumstances.
When we stand opposed to Israel and the Jewish people, we do the work of Satan and the Anti-Christ; this is wrong on so many levels, and the sins of the father shall be visited on the children for 7 generations.
As human beings, many of us find some of the 10 commandments to uphold all the time, but we need to teach our children that God's covenant with the Jewish people must always be supported if we want to maintain our salvation.
Either we are Christians who love and fear the Lord, or we are the Anti-Christ; we can't be both.
Choose wisely, your soul and that of your descendants for 7 generations depend on that decision.
