Freeze: shut down mentally and emotionally, withdraw, isolate, disassociate, play dead, faint, silent treatment, faint, sleep, go for a nap, be introverted, etc.
or
Fawn: people please, fake it, suffer fools gladly; suffer in silence; pretend we are ok, when we are clearly not, keep secret how we really feel.
When we stay in these two responses, or we don't take any action at all, we are entering the world of Schizophrenia.
But learn to practice the other four responses and we are capable of casting out our demons, of quietening the voices in our head, even if they are legion.
The Bible  is either a book or truth or  a book of lies.
If it is a book of lies, ignore this post.

If it is a Book of Truths. then know you are allowed and expected to learn how to claim your own Miracle to do all those things listed above; to rid you of your diagnosis.

24 Hours Today

Our Inner Child, our Younger Self, doesn't want to be here. their time on this earth was traumatic and they want to leave. But, mistakenly many of us take our younger self hostage when we take their pains and hurts as our own, we must let them go.

It is Not Rocket Science.. Let Go of It!

What happened in the past, didnt happen to the person we are today.
